Dr. Berutti has been in practice for over 29 years and provides an individualized and customized approach to your healthcare needs. Her focus is to manage your chronic illnesses proactively and prevent any future illnesses through the latest preventative and screening tests.
Dr. Berutti was raised in Arlington, Texas. She has two children and enjoys cooking and traveling. Her frustrations in a traditional medical practice — which included time constraints in seeing patients and not being able to find out the root cause of diseases — led her to further pursue her career in Functional Medicine.
She’s passionate about treating patients with chronic medical conditions and spending time with each individual patient so they can achieve optimal health.
Dr. Berutti is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Anti-aging Medicine, and Functional Medicine. She has also undergone a three-year training program for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Now, she can use her expertise to help her patients become healthier, prevent disease, and age gracefully.
Dr. Berutti offers a variety of testing to detect genetic predispositions, identify imbalances, deficiencies, and food sensitivities, and review other health markers to customize a treatment protocol specific to each person. She believes that in order to restore health successfully, a partnership is needed between both doctor and patient. To that end, she offers discussions and education regarding nutrition, lifestyle, sleep practices, and ways to better handle stress alongside her treatment protocols.
